Cancellation Policy

Please note, you can have one courtesy reschedule of your original appointment, and must provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. If you do not give 48 hours notice of a reschedule request, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. You will be required to schedule a new appointment, with a new $25.00 dollar deposit, so please be sure the date and time you choose works for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited—No Exceptions!
