Please note, you can have one courtesy reschedule of your original appointment, and must provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. The reschedule must be made within 30 days of the ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT!! If you do not give 48 hours notice of a reschedule request, or set your new appointment within 30 days, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. You will be required to schedule a new appointment, with a new $25.00 dollar deposit, so please be sure the date and time you choose works for you. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forefeited—No Exceptions!
