Deposit Policy
Hello, and welcome to LaToya’s Lovely Ladies Salon! Once your appointment is booked there’s a $25.00 dollar non-refundable deposit REQUIRED to reserve your spot due AT BOOKING. If your deposit is not submitted upon completion of your reservation, your appointment will be canceled IMMEDIATELY! No exceptions!! I accept Apple Pay or Zelle using my email lovely.ladies@icloud.com, and the deposit goes towards the price of the style. The balance remaining must be paid in cash or via Zelle. These are the only two options for final payment—

Scheduling Policy
Please note, you can have one courtesy reschedule of your original appointment, and must provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. If you do not give 48 hours notice of a reschedule request, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forfeited. You will be required to schedule a new appointment, with a new $25.00 dollar deposit, so please be sure the date and time you choose works for you. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled and deposit forefeited—No Exceptions!
No extra guest at the appointment please, as this is an intimate setting. Please wear your mask, and bring hand sanitizer to your appointment to keep both me and you safe.
